While there is a download at [https://www.nuget.org/packages/OpenTextSummarizer](https://www.nuget.org/packages/OpenTextSummarizer) and the .nupkg file extracted ok with Bandizip, installation is a bit of a mystery. Open Text Summarizer is a library and command-line tool, not a standalone application with a dedicated installer.

What is Open Text Summarizer?

The purpose of this procedure, is to ensure that the practice for removal and installation of CCU side entry doors, is performed in a safe and controlled manner, by adopting best practice and hands-free lifting operations according to GYSBI Lifting & Hoisting Procedure. This procedure should be used in conjunction with OP-PR-016 Lifting & Hoisting Procedure and covers work performed by GYSBI employees in all GYSBI locations and working areas. This procedure applies to mechanical and non-mechanical lifting activities where lifting methods and rigging shall meet these minimum requirements.
