PageListener

PageListener is for people who have documents they need to get through and not enough hours sitting still to read them... a course manual, a stack of papers, a book they keep not finishing.

Words highlight as they are spoken, with the original page alongside.
Chapters detected automatically from the document's own structure.

The PDF page turns in sync with the audio... open it any time to check a table,
diagram or image while you listen.

What is PageListener?

PageListener is for people who have documents they need to get through and not enough hours sitting still to read them... a course manual, a stack of papers, a book they keep not finishing.

Upload a PDF and it becomes a chaptered audio document. Chapters are detected automatically from the document's own structure, playback resumes at the exact second across devices, and words highlight as they are spoken while the PDF page turns in sync. You can open the PDF and zoom in to view a table, diagram or image while the audio plays.

It is deliberately narrow. It does your own documents, in audio. It does not read web pages, emails, or printed books through a camera, and it is not a voiceover or voice-cloning tool.

You can upload something and listen to it without creating an account or entering a card. £2.99 / $2.99 a month if you want more, cancel any time. The free tier covers three documents and an hour of listening a month.
