MailMergic (formerly PDF Mail Merger) is a mail merge platform that turns spreadsheet data into personalized documents at scale. Operations teams, registrars, HR managers, and admin staff use it to generate one customized document per row in their data file — whether that means 50 monthly client invoices, 500 course completion certificates, or 5,000 W-2 forms.

The core workflow:

Connect a data source (Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets). Upload a template in one of five formats: PDF, Word, Excel, email, or image (PNG/JPG). Map the columns in your data to placeholder fields in the template. Click generate. MailMergic produces one personalized document per row, named according to your filename pattern. Download as a ZIP, or send each document to the corresponding recipient's email address in one step.

Differentiators:

  • AI-powered error detection runs before generation, flagging missing fields, malformed emails, date format mismatches, and column inconsistencies. Fix the data once, generate the full batch cleanly.

  • Excel-to-Excel mail merge preserves formulas, conditional formatting, named ranges, and charts in the merged output. Each generated file is a real working spreadsheet, not a flattened export.

  • Per-recipient email delivery includes open and bounce tracking with audit history for every recipient, not just aggregate counts.
