What is PostBeagle?

PostBeagle is a hosted email marketing and automation platform for WooCommerce stores and small businesses. It includes a drag-and-drop email builder, a visual automation builder, segmentation, A/B testing, signup forms and pop-ups, landing pages, CSV import, double opt-in, and suppression list management. A WordPress plugin connects it to WooCommerce.

Once a store is connected, customers, orders, and subscription status sync automatically. Emails can include product blocks that pull from the live catalog at send time, such as best sellers, new arrivals, recently browsed items, or the exact contents of an abandoned cart. Automations can be triggered by what a customer bought, how much they spent, or how long ago they ordered. PostBeagle can also generate a single-use WooCommerce coupon for each individual recipient, and it reports the orders and revenue attributed to each campaign and automation.

Sending runs on PostBeagle's own mail infrastructure rather than a third-party sending API. It handles custom sending domains with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup, processes bounces and spam complaints automatically, and tracks a sender reputation score. The score is backed by an event log, so any change to it can be traced back to the campaign or event that caused it.

Billing counts active subscribers only. Unsubscribed, bounced, and suppressed contacts do not count toward the bill. The free plan covers 2,500 subscribers and 5,000 sends per month. Paid plans start at $9 per month, with a monthly send allowance of 20 times the subscriber count.
