Brevo (Ex Sendinblue) has excellent prices ! I use the credit packs since I don't send enough to pay monthly fees. Transactional emails are free ! Thank you Brevo !
While it does deliver mails, Brevo has a poorly done, mistake-prone interface. It's difficult to grasp where you are in their backend, and how to do thing.
Everything made for users with wide screen with really good network. Working with Brevo from a laptop is a pain.
the platform is okey but their support is worth zero stars.
We moved to Brevo to save a little, and payed a lot now. Support not helpful, if you want to send a newsletter, better go somewhere else. Maybe the offers like chat are better, we did not try. Intransparent rules: we suddenly got suspended without a clear indication why (after sending the newsletter for a couple of months). We are moving back to Mailchimp ...
Have been using it for a mailing list for my retail (60K contacts) and everything fine so far. I think in terms of value for money it would be hard to find a better option
was you able to set double opt-in email?
Terrible. Delivery rates are appalling. Forced me to take their Dedicated IP option and gave me an IP that was blacklisted by Hotmail and many other servers. Ultimately was a total waste of my time and money.
