Can be downloaded from this site https://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/Launchers/Windows-Portable-Applications-Prayaya-V3.shtml. They recommend installing on hard drive first and then copy or move to usb drive. The idea reminds me of running Linux from a bootable USB. I didn't want to try it yet. The key concept of running things virtually merits the tag "Sandboxing". It says it requires 15.71 MB to install, but I believe that 15.71 GB is meant, as it wanted to install only on my USB drive which I'd be afraid of overwriting. If you decide to try it, I recommend using a blank USB vs risking info.

Nice looking app. Unfortunately it doesn't support Win7 64bit and won't run in compatibility mode on it either.
