It's not truthworthy also not a test, it's a simple list made by someone without specifications how and in which conditions it was made. Eg. Vivaldi fails in the adblock, which is wrong, having an inbuild ad and trackerblocker customizable with blocking lists, with a score between 75% and 100%, depending on the filterlists used. To test a browser privacy you need to use a realtime test with the security and privacy features enabled, with test pages like Browserleaks or Cover your Tracks
