If you do any kind of work on your computer for more than a couple of hours a day, you need Rest.

Rest is very easy to use and can be customized to fit your likes and preferences. It can help you stay healthy by showing exercise suggestions or make your day a tiny bit better with beautiful full-screen imagery with the optional full-screen notifications. It can remind you to take your break with 12 different hand-picked sounds & best of all, constantly receives updates since it was made almost 3 years ago.
