Rig Cad is browser-based parametric CAD for building, configuring, and exporting editable 3D models. It combines several geometry kernels in one readable project tree: solid CSG, NURBS surfaces, meshes, and implicit signed distance fields, so smooth blends and hard boolean operations live in the same parametric model.
Every model stays editable. Dimensions and relationships are driven by parameters and expressions, so changing an input re-solves the tree rather than forcing a rebuild. Owners can expose a chosen subset of those parameters as a configurator, letting other people customize a design and generate a tailored model without learning CAD, while visibility, forking, and download permissions stay under owner control.
Finished work exports to the common interchange and print formats, including STL, OBJ, 3MF, PLY, STEP, GLTF/GLB, USDZ, DXF, and SVG. Other features include a sketch and constraint solver, mechanism and assembly joints, mesh repair and remeshing, a voxel editor, ordered post-processing, and keyframe animation.
No installation is required. Rig Cad runs in a modern browser with WebGL, saves projects locally, and syncs to the cloud when you are online.
