Excellent for Android tablets (Samsung only?) but requires access to your Contacts to sync to cloud. And it only syncs with Samsung Cloud and (optionally) MS OneNote.

it locks you in. PDF notes by this app can't be edited by other apps and it cannot edit notes made in those either.
