It seems that OpenSankore is discontinued. It's forked bij the software OpenBoard, which is made with Qt-framework.

Sankoré is based on Uniboard which has been developed and used by thousands of teachers around the world since 2003 before becoming open source (and renamed Sankoré) in late 2010.
