It has a ton of interesting and unique features for the PDF hoarder
I like the simple layout and that it is portable.
It's not very intuitive. The instructions when you start it do not say anything about navigating to a specific page.
There doesn't seem to be any tabs.
There doesn't seem to be dark mode/color inversion.
Very unique PDF Reader. It's super-fast, super-slim (also comes as a portable app). Not for everyone since it's very keyboard-driven.
Regardless of the keyboard-driven nature, it can be operated by mouse. And there's also very neat built-in helpers that will help learning the app. For instance there's a built-in Tutorial that should bring you up to speed. There's also the : (colon) key for bringing up the Command list, where you can simply search for the operation you're looking to perform. I'd say it's very smart and neatly made despite its geekyness.
Vim-like navigation (hjkl, m marks).
As of Aug 24 2021 the developer is working on a Mac version and there is is a beta available for testing: https://github.com/ahrm/sioyek/issues/15
