Know what every project earns.
You bill by the hour and only find out how fruitful the project is after it's done? We change that – TimeCamp logs your team hands-free, in the background, and with AI suggestions, so the profit you see is based on what actually happened, not what someone remembered on Friday.
- Hours log themselves in the background, no timers, no timesheet chasing
- Real-time margin on every client and project
- Time, attendance, reporting, and capacity planning in one login
Automatic capture, not clock-watching. For teams who are done guessing.
TimeCamp is a perfect fit for mid-market services firms, agencies, software houses, and consultancies in the 51–1,000-employee range that bill by the hour and need to see real project margins. Larger enterprise teams (1,000+) are also a strong fit, especially where a high volume of time and project data, as well as a self-hosted deployment, are important for scaling.

Comments and Reviews
I've tried 15+ time tracking apps, some of which are part of a project management app, and Timecamp is my favorite. Toggl would be second, though I haven't tried it in 2 years. Timecamp is not only very full featured but their mobile app is very good and improving. They even have OS and browser integrations for automated & rule-based tracking (like RescueTime), and they integrate well with Xero and other services.
This isn't a full review but I highly recommend you try this one first if you're shopping for time tracking.

Thank you so much for kind words! Happy to see you found our app better than all the time trackers you had tried before. Wishing you lots of profitable projects tracked with TimeCamp! Sam at TimeCamp
All major differentials of the application are paid resources. It has a great interaction with Github, which allows you to search all your issues and record the working time in them, but it is paid. Allows integration with team, but is paid. It has report by link, where you can report your time to your team, but the resource is also paid.
Hi Marcos, thank you for taking the time to share your review. We do understand that it can be frustrating when certain advanced features are part of paid plans. However, our Free plan offers a generous set of features, including unlimited users, unlimited projects and timesheets. We've also introduced AI Time Tracker that can suggest time entries automatically based on your activity and it is a part of our Free plan. More advanced functionality, including certain integrations and team reporting capabilities, is available on our paid plans. Our goal is to keep the Free plan genuinely useful while offering additional capabilities for teams that need more advanced time management and planning tools.
Easy to use, has all the features I want.
Thank you so much, Alex, for kind words!
