Track40

Every business runs on a few processes that have to happen the same way every time. Track40 gives each one a home, and won't let a job move on until it's actually ready.

A board for every process you run. Each card carries the fields you chose to surface, who it is assigned to and when it is due, so the column a card sits in is its status.

What is Track40?

Every business runs on a handful of processes that have to happen the same way every time. Most of them live in spreadsheets, email threads and somebody's head.

Track40 gives each one a home.

Work moves through stages, and every stage asks for what it needs before it will let go. Nobody picks up a job to find the one detail they need is missing. Nobody chases the person who moved it on. The stage a job sits in is its status, so "where is that up to?" stops being a question anyone has to ask out loud.

Things still sit, though. So put a time limit on any stage and anything running over turns amber by itself, counted in your working hours. A quote sent late on Friday is not reported as a day late on Monday morning.

Work comes in through a form you publish. Someone fills it in, the job appears in the first stage with the answers already checked, and they get a link to watch it move. No account, no phone call asking where things are up to.

The rest is the stuff that keeps a process honest. Read any board as a spreadsheet when you would rather scan a list. Keep your suppliers, price lists and catalogues in one place so nobody retypes them. Add up line items as they go on. See every change a job has been through and who made it.

It connects to whatever else you run, with a full API, a webhook for everything that happens, and Zapier, Make and n8n connectors on the way. Already on Pipefy? The importer brings your boards, cards, comments and files across in the background while you get on with your day.

Pricing is one plan at $12 per editor per month. Everyone who only needs to look, submit or track a job is free, and stays free. For most teams that turns out to be most of the team.

Thirty days to try it, no card. If you decide against it your workspace simply goes read-only, so nothing is deleted and nothing is held to ransom.
