UCS@school is our modular extension of Univention Corporate Server (UCS) designed specifically for the education sector. It combines centralized Identity & Access Management with comprehensive tools for managing user accounts, devices, and IT services in schools – scalable, secure, and cross-platform.

At its core is Nubus, the central IAM system that enables simple and secure management of user identities, roles, and permissions. The integrated web portal with single sign-on provides teachers, students, and IT administrators with access to all relevant applications and services – regardless of location or device.

Thanks to standardized interfaces and prebuilt connectors, UCS@school integrates seamlessly with existing school software, learning platforms, and cloud services. IT environments can be operated flexibly – on-premises, in the cloud, or in hybrid setups.
