I came across this online. Thought I would give it a try. That said, as of Oct 10, 2017, I am unable to install the Chrome App. Further searching online shows this has been an issue for awhile and people are posting comments, with no follow solution from the developer.

Use the desktop version of the app.
Horrible app, poorly coded, and not a good privacy
It was working fine until I quit Android 10 to LineageOS. Basically Vysor Desktop remove the apps on my phone to reinstall it but (I presume) can't find the Google Play store so it hang there.
Developer does not respond to emails. Twitter messages. Has not been active for a long time.
Using the freemium version you get zero features, and you're stuck with a resolution so low that you can't see anything on the screen. I find it a bit off-putting that the developers want you to cough up the money immediately. At least make it bearable to use in the free version so that people like me can feel like it's an investment in a software we already love. I would've taken the lifetime option if that had been the case.
1/5 because of this. The paid version is most likely a 5/5.
Its a great application; lets you screencast any android phone via the web, data cable, or WiFi to your computer. You can literally use your mobile phone on your pc. The screencast or screen share is bit slow; I use my data cable to connect my phone; and you will need developer access. Paid for premium; but not worth it; its still slow. Stick to the free version and you'll be good. I use the desktop version rather than the chrome plugin; its much better.

Doesn't work under Linux, the dev is very angry and close all issues. He want to support only Ubuntu for Linux and no other distro.
