I like how we have improved our platform since we started using WatchThemLive and how it has helped us to undrestand our users perfectly.
You can segment user recordings to watch a specific user’s interactions, and filter insights by country code, browser, language, device, screen resolution, and operating system.
After redesigning our website, we were faced with a sudden drop in our traffic which increased our bounce rate as well. At that time, we were using Google Analytics to track our users’ behavior. However, GA only gave us numerical data, so we didn’t really know why our users were leaving us. Then, we started looking for a solution to monitor user behavior, and we came across WatchThemLive. After doing some research, we realized that it’s affordable and has awesome features compared to other tools. With WatchThemLive’s session replays, we could watch the whole customer journey and find out what was the exact reason for our traffic drop!
But that's not all WatchThemLive can do. With its Heatmap feature, you will get visual clues to reveal visitors’ engagement on each and every page on the entire website.
We used WatchThemLive to analyze the user behavior on our website and improve the user experience as much as possible. This improvement process will never end as we develop our product day by day. We were looking for a tool to have a subjective analysis of our website like heat maps, session recordings etc. These are critical for us as product team to see how the website is being used and how can we bring about changes to increase engagement and conversions.
