What is When Works For You?

When Works For You is a web app for picking a date that works for a group. The organizer names the event and taps candidate days on a calendar, then shares a link. Guests open the link, enter their name, and mark each day as Works, Maybe, or Can't. No guest account is needed. The organizer sees a live tally, picks the winning date, and can add it to a calendar.

Basic polls are free!

A paid "autopilot" mode handles the invitations: the organizer pastes a guest list, the service emails everyone, reads natural-language replies (for example "any Friday but the 20th") with an AI model, follows up with guests who have not answered, and updates the tally. An existing email thread can be forwarded to the service to draft the event from it. The first autopilot event is free; after that events are sold as a one-time pack or a subscription.
