Doodle is a really simple to use app that is great for scheduling meetings. It also integrates nicely with Google Calendar by the way!
Doodle is getting too bloated. If you just need a simple 'who brings what' list for a BBQ or school event, try FixGeplant.de. It's a German tool, 100% anonymous, no account or email needed. Much faster for mobile users
What it does, it does well (well, it does ok), but their pricing model is insane. They want $25AUD for one month of access to pro. I'd pay $2USD per poll, but not this extortionate price. Ended up going with Xoyondo, and feel a lot happier about paying their much more reasonable pricing.
It used to be great. Even the free version was good, but now it's pretty much hot garbage and requires a paid account, so not going to be useful for anyone without a subscription. UI took a nose dive too

That's not true, the free option still exists. Although Doodle has made a good job of hiding that fact.
I like doodle and use it often. I want the same setup but the ability to change the number of participants per meeting time. Is there any free software out there that can handle this? We are Boy Scouts and use Doodle to schedule service hours/projects and only need X scouts at this time and X scouts at that time. Doodle has to have the same number of participants across the whole poll.
maybe this will help you. It is simpler but allows you to do everything with the phone.
The signing process can be improved. Too many options that are somewhat confusing. In the end it just didn't work. The recipient of my email with the link, could not see blocked/booked periods in my calendar. I have used Tumble for a couple of years, but since the acquisition it stopped working reliably, so I am looking for a replacement, but the Doodle didn't pass the grade.
