Aevo

Aevo is a web-based task manager built around a board instead of a list.

Every task is a tile. Where a tile sits is decided by a scoring model that weighs deadlines, planned dates and how often you have pushed a task back — so the work that needs you now sits at the front. How large a tile is depends on effort: a five-minute task looks like a five-minute task, a full afternoon looks like an afternoon. You can see both at a glance, without opening anything.

Fixed appointments live on a separate time rail above the board, so meetings never compete with tasks for the same space.

Tasks can contain sub-tasks at any depth, and zooming in reveals more detail as you go. Notes are first-class objects rather than fields buried inside a task.

The scoring model orders your work, but it never decides for you. There is no AI that reshuffles your day or guesses what you meant. You set deadlines, estimates and plans. Aevo turns them into a layout you can read. Nothing gets buried.
