Works well on Windows, and is portable. Offers a lot of file types, remembers your settings, and can compress or keep lossless.
Doesn't provide a preview of what the results will be when you set parameters. For example: I have a 4.3MB jpeg and set 50% in the scaling at 75% quality; so what should I expect in MB? The app should provide some educated guess before I commit to the conversion. Maybe the dev will fix this.

Simple, intuitive, and easy to use.
This is one of the worst pieces of software I have ever used. I was trying to convert 32 pngs to icon files and it managed to convert 5, but returned 0 errors or explanation as to why it simply produced broken ico files for the remaning pngs. Just blank files. I tried irfanview and it worked perfectly, every png converted perfectly. Too boot, this pos crashed three times on my high end gaming computer when I tried to open images. Just froze completely. Absolutely shameful excuse for a utility, go use on of the much more viable options.
