Crowdsound seems to be a very good choice following the wikipedia comparison:

This information provides a quick and detailed comparison of Customer-Feedback-Management-services. Here I see, that (the cheaper) Crowdsound (10 USD/month) is better than GetSatisfaction regarding categories, and better than uservoice regarding tags. I personally like it to have a feedback-system with both tags and categories.
