Dokyo

Dokyo is a workspace application for documents, notes, and structured data. It combines a block-based editor, nested pages, databases with several view types, and real-time collaborative editing in one interface.

Pages are built from blocks: headings, lists, code blocks, quotes, toggles, callouts, columns, math, tables, and embeds. Pages nest to any depth, take icons and cover images, and export to PDF or Markdown. A slash command menu, drag-and-drop block reordering, a table of contents, and full-text search are included.

Databases can be shown as a table, kanban board, calendar, list, gallery, or chart. Properties are configurable, and rows can be filtered, sorted, and summarised with column aggregations and a formula engine.

Several people can edit the same page at once, with presence avatars and cursors. Comments attach to individual blocks and can be resolved. Pages can be shared through public links or with workspace members by role.

An AI assistant is included and stays disabled until the user gives explicit consent; the same screen hides it in one click. Requests are routed through European infrastructure, and users can supply their own API key instead.

Dokyo is available in the browser and as a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux that works offline and syncs on reconnect. The interface is available in English, German and French. Data is hosted in the European Union.
