What is HearthWire?

HearthWire connects the devices people actually have at home, across brands: Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, Android phones and Android TVs, all on your own Wi-Fi.

Share and sync folders between machines. Drag files from one computer to another. Stream your own video files to the television. Share a printer. Send popup messages. View or control another computer's screen. Run a program that lives on a different PC.

Everything travels over your local network and is encrypted there. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account to create, and there is no monthly fee. When something will not connect, a built-in Network Doctor tells you what is wrong instead of leaving you to guess.

Windows HomeGroup was removed in 2018 and never replaced, while homes became more mixed, not less. HearthWire is built for that home.
