I have tried several text messaging tools for my team. Heymarket is the easiest to use and is packed with features that makes it easy for my team to text customers. Great app and highly recommended. We use it to coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers.

Business text messaging for your team! Subscription includes unlimited users.

Get shared phone numbers and inboxes for your team to track messages. Great for customer support, sales, marketing, and operations. Nothing for your customers to install. They get normal text messages and Facebook messages.
