Loomio is an incredible 21st century oriented tool for managing complex organizations of individuals. Instead of tyranny of the majority, Loomio shoots for mutual understanding among diverse members. Seems to compliment trello.

Loomio is a user-friendly web app that works on computers, smartphones, and tablets. Fast, inclusive, and effective decisions can be your new normal.

Loomio is different from polling, surveys, or social networking. Every feature helps your group discuss, decide, and move forward. It enables a constructive deliberation process, helping groups work together to synthesize better solutions that work for everyone.
