Well since people will try to find it on way back machine and find no answers. I decided to find a video of such software for historical records. If it doesn't work on YouTube then understand it's a small indie project. The website had memes and was the first of many to offer bitcoins for email of the software. The creator must have been young because such ways to pay for software was not available without direct contact.

The game engine was simple, you could in theory make a game but limited to only PS2 graphics and RPGs elements (thus the name). The video should provide more information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BI7l1LRJL5U
