Optlo is an AI customer-support platform for SaaS and online businesses. You install a chat widget on your website and the agent answers from your own documentation, help center and custom answers, holding multi-turn conversations in multiple languages and telling users when it does not know.

Around the agent sits the rest of the platform: a shared team inbox with thread navigation and rich replies, human handoff when a conversation needs an operator, and a visual workflow editor where you build conversation flows and every step stays inspectable and editable. Secure connectors to Stripe or any API let the agent look up data mid-conversation and write back to the connected system.

Where Optlo differs from tools that bundle AI usage into a per-resolution price is the billing model. You connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini account and pay that provider directly for tokens, so usage and spend limits stay in your own provider console and you can switch providers or mix models per workflow step. Optlo charges for the platform based on active conversations and seats, and does not resell or mark up tokens.
