Pocper is a client management workspace for small client-service businesses. It brings interactive forms, client folders, session notes, signatures, and a client portal into one place.
Build a document template, share it as a fillable form through a single link or QR code, and every response files itself into the folder of the client it belongs to. Clients fill everything in a browser - no app, no account, no signup - usually on a phone, and their answers appear on your screen as they type.
What's inside
Form builder: Build intake forms, questionnaires, and consent forms in a block editor - headings, short and long text, dates, file uploads, checkboxes, and signature blocks in one document.
Client management: Every client gets a folder, and Pocper creates it for new clients. Forms, files, notes, and signatures file themselves under the right client. Each client has a Shared zone and an Internal zone, and the folder a document sits in is what decides what that client can see.
Note-taking: Session notes, checklists, and follow-ups as rich collaborative documents, filed beside the client they are about rather than in a separate notes app.
Agreements: Draft service agreements, waivers, and consent forms from templates. The client signs by drawing a signature inside the document. Confirming the agreement locks it and stamps the confirmation date.
Publications: Publish a price list, announcement, or house rules once, and every client reads the same current version in their portal.
Client portal: One link per client to everything shared with them, opened with a single-use email link or a per-client QR code. No password and no account.
Real-time collaboration: Two people can edit the same document at once and see each other's changes live, including a staff member and a client filling in a form.
Ready-made templates ship for 41 industries - clinics, salons, studios, tutors, law and accounting firms, agencies and contractors - in 14 languages.
A note on signatures: Pocper is built for everyday consent and engagement paperwork. Signatures are hand-drawn inside the document and lock when the agreement is confirmed. Pocper is not a qualified e-signature service: there is no signer identity verification and no audit certificate. Where regulation requires a qualified electronic signature, use a specialist service alongside Pocper.
