Developed by a guy in Switzerland. While it will work like a standard browser in some ways, you can tell it is not geared for the average user. You can still use a standard keyboard and mouse aside from its unique keyboard capabilities, but the interface is very minimal.. no extensions. Getting to settings, bookmarks, cookies, etc is shrouded in mystery, but there are commands to get there for "the initiated".
Settings: open url qute:settings. Also I think there's a link to settings somewhere on the :help page (I could be wrong).
Low fuss, configurable, keyboard first.
Can be made portable by the "--basedir" command line parameter (ex. --basedir directory in shortcut).
Requires Win8+, but Win8+ is bullshit.
It's keyboard-based. For a keyboard-driven person. For those who use Vim, Emacs.
The built in ad block doesn't seem to block youtube ads anymore, but it's still a lightweight and intuitive browser

Amazing browser with vi-like keyboard shortcuts. Hint: use the updated version from git to avoid some annoiances like lack of support for client pfx certificates on olders versions.
