They don't accept Proton Email
So much more than Help Desk.
I have found the Inventory tool most useful. It even tracks changes to our Cisco switch configs.
It's free but it has ads. The good new is they are not invasive. They only use ads to live and it has a great community. It worths.
It's a good free alternative if you don't want to buy something like
SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor or
Total Network Monitor . It has the most of the main features, perfect for the monitoring of small networks.

It just works. Offers Inventory Management, Network Scans, Helpdesk, Reports, Monitor and more. Easy to setup, easy to use, easy to upgrade.
The Free version is ad supported but the bought version is ad free.
Highly recomended
Its free for users but technology providers and corporations have to pay $1000 a month to assist users. This make totally no sense whatsoever.
