While I don't have Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), this might be interesting to try for javascripts.
I’ve tried every to-do app, productivity hack, and life hack under the sun for my ADHD, and nothing has ever stuck like this. I’ve tried every to-do app, productivity hack, and life hack under the sun for my ADHD, and nothing has ever stuck like this. Every other tool just piles on more tasks, more checklists, more pressure that makes me shut down before I even click “start”. This one does the exact opposite: it meets me exactly where I am, gives me one single, simple thing to do right now, and doesn’t flood my brain with all the other stuff I “should” be worrying about. When I get distracted or hit a wall, I don’t have to fight through a wave of shame to get back on track. I can get all my scattered, bouncing thoughts out of my head, and it just helps me ease back into what I was doing—no lectures, no passive disappointment, no making me feel like I messed up. The small wins add up so fast, and I’ve finished more meaningful tasks in a few days with this than I have in weeks with other apps. If you’ve ever felt like your brain just won’t let you start things, this is absolutely worth trying.
