Good software for small-scale documentation. Once you expect automatically updated wiki links or the ability to insert images from the clipboard, you’ll run into limitations. Development has also stalled. After a year of using it in our company, we are switching to BookStack.

Node.js! And I like the overall look & feel, tools for editing/importing docs, git sync, among other goodies. If only it had rendering to a static site!
Doesn't work in sub-directories. You have to use a subdomain for it, and put wiki.js at its root. There's just no way around it without hacking the response in stupid ways. And the dev is even smug about that, see https://feedback.js.wiki/wiki/p/support-hosting-wikijs-at-subpath. Too bad, the tool isn't that bad otherwise.
