It is FREE. Light wight, very easy to use and do the job as expected. But I wonder how this developer make many?
Simply - some of their other products have PRO version that costs some money.
I don't see any way to edit/fill a pdf form. You might try Ashampoo PDF Free for simple form fill editing.
I've been using it for working with PDFs for a while now, maybe 5 years already. I like it, it's fast, the interface is simple, and everything is clear and uncluttered. But I have the paid PRO version, so I don't run into any limitations. The support team is great, a couple of months ago, they helped me transfer to a new laptop without any delays.

Pros: Fast & Easy to edit words, move pictures, move pages. Simple UI. Lightweight.

far far too slow to open and repeatedly hangs, getting worse over time. very frustrating
UI is simple and intuitive. Nice and smooth! Annotation and editing functions are easy to use. Can manage pages quickly. One thing - can't find image extraction. Highly recommend this product!
