It works well, it's quick and doesn't distract me from work. Used it for years, the only downside is that making it run under Windows is a mess.
Hamster tracker makes no assumptions about my workflow. It is super simple, doesn't require internet connection, and reminds me what i'm working on in configurable time intervals.
I hoped for an app which would track what apps I use and how much time I spend on each one.
Just noticed that toggl.com app has a "record timeline" preference that records which apps/websites and how much time is spent on each one.
