Deciding to be Mac-based only; while this may be the company's idea of an advantage, I strongly disagree.
While I must say that OmniFocus looks quite impressive - but with so many great tools out there in the competition with multiple OS and device integration, this makes it a very easy decision to NOT choose OmniFocus. Even if I decided to be exclusively Mac-based with my company, the number of clients out there using Windows or other platforms... not feasible.
After speaking with OmniFocus and finding out they have no plans for pursuing cross-platform solutions - I have no plans of pursuing to try to make OmniFocus part of my work environment wither; there are so many other great alternatives now.

According to AlternativeTo, OmniFocus supports Online –– meaning that you can access it on Windows via a web browser.
Just to add, Omnifocus for the Web is a "companion" not at all a standalone app and does not have even 10% of options available in iOS/Mac version (unfortunately...).
I was very close to the app when it launched, maybe more than a decade ago. Still happy to see they arae going strong. Solid work.
A dream to no Apple users ...
I used OmniFocus in its early days and Kinkless kGTD for OmniOutliner before that. I also used other OmniFocus apps like OmniWeb. I like the long history of The Omni Group developing for NEXTSTEP and macOS. But I would prefer a task list app with less buttons to fiddle with.

The iOS version alone costs $50 for the Standard upgrade and $75 for the Pro upgrade. The extra bit of power OmniFocus offers isn’t worth the premium for most people. I agree! Contrary to other comments I have not found an application with as much power and flexibility to use on a Windows 10 PC. So I agree - this is a real shame.
More of a professional solution than Things. More versatile & better support for the way I want to work.
Good OS integration & scripting ability.
OmniGroup make excellent apps!
