However, Sunsama offers a more robust feature set.
Taskade limits the free version to two tags, and the paid version costs $7-10 / month. I would prefer to use more tags but not pay a recurring fee. Taskade features include video calls, bullet journals, kanban boards, and mind maps. I would prefer a simpler task list without those features. Taskade does not yet support recurring tasks, but I would like to use those.

@taskade I switched to a paper to-do list, but if I go back to an app, then I will check out Taskade again.
If you're comfortable with AI interference in your work, this app might be fine. I'm the opposite. I barely need AI in my work. The problem is that the AI features are intrusive in almost every area and can't be turned off. Perhaps that's why the app is slower than Notion. UX isn't great. Going to "taskade.com" in a web browser and reaching my project requires several more clicks through unnecessary the AI prompt. Also, every time I click between projects, the AI chat on the left pops up and can't be turned off. Overall, the UI is cluttered. No matter what I do, it feels slow and distracting. The upside is that you can view and manage your work in various ways. It even has a mind map feature, which Notion doesn't. However, many of its advantages are undermined by the shortcomings mentioned above. I remember it being quite good before the AI era, when its advantages really shined.
